This machine has independent pressing slider, welding slider and positioning tension oil cylinder. The welding slider has independent hydraulic system. The welding slider is not affected by the work of other oil cylinders, so the welding seam is beautiful and the stability of quality is greatly improved. The welding speed can be adjusted according to the process requirements, and the downward speed of positioning tension oil cylinder can be adjusted;Compression force, tension force and up and down movement force of welding cylinder can be adjusted respectively. The hydraulic system adopts slide valve and Superposition valve system, which is convenient for debugging and maintenance and reliable for use.
The electric control system is controlled by PLC, which is reliable and convenient to change mode. With inching, manual and automatic operation modes, the pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily within 2 ~ 25MPa, and the stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily through the stroke switch, so the operation is simple, flexible, safe and reliable.
